The following payments are exempt in determining assets and income
for all programs when distributed under the Public Law cited in this
Table. These payments are not exempt when commingled with nonexempt
funds (statement does not apply to the SNAP Program). Exempt
funds for the SNAP Program retain their exclusion for 6 months from the
date of commingling.
