A. Issue no SNAP benefits in the initial prorated month when the allotment would be less than $16.
B. Issue the following minimum monthly SNAP benefit except in the initial month:
1. $16 to categorically eligible assistance units of one or two members;
2. $2 to categorically eligible assistance units of three or more members if the net allotment is at least $1;
3. $16 to one and two person assistance units;
4. $2, $4 or $6 to assistance units of three or more members even when eligible to receive $1, $3 and $5.
C. Understand no POWER benefit will be issued when the calculation results in less than a $10 benefit but the assistance unit will be considered recipients and counted toward the 5 year limit.
