1403 Notice Due to Probable Fraud

Child Care only - ARW, Chapt. 1, Purchase of Service

                        Issue the appropriate Child Care notice at least five days before the adverse action would become effective when:

A.    The agency obtains facts indicating assistance should be reduced or terminated due to probable fraud of the applicant/recipient; and

B.    Where possible, the facts have been verified through collateral contacts and DOCUMENT the facts in the case record.
