A. Consider the following persons categorically eligible.

B. Understand an assistance unit is categorically eligible when all persons in the assistance unit are receiving POWER/POWER-SASFA, Tribal TANF and/or SSI except under the following conditions:
1. The entire assistance unit is institutionalized;
2. The assistance unit or a member has been disqualified from receiving SNAP due to an IPV or sanctioned for failure to comply with a work requirement;
3. All assistance unit members do not purchase and prepare food together.
C. Deem the following eligibility factors to have been met for each categorically eligible assistance unit member:
1. Assets;
2. Residency;
3. Identity;
4. SSN requirements (not required for Child Care); and
5. Gross and net income limits
