Child Care - ARW, Chapt. 1, Purchase of Service

A.    Require a child to be between the ages of birth through 12; or

B.    Require a child age 13 or over to be:

1.    Under court supervision and the court order specifies child care is necessary;

2.    Developmentally disabled or physically/mentally challenged and require medical verification that the child is unable to care for herself/himself.

D.   Require each child to be between birth and less than age 18; or

E.    Require the child to be attending high school full-time and expected to graduate before reaching age 19, when the child is 18.
