A. Determine if each applicant has met the identity eligibility
factor by requiring each individual to provide identification, excluding
SNAP.
B. For SNAP, realize the identity of the
person making application shall be verified.
Where an authorized representative applies on behalf of a household, the
identity of both the authorized representative and the head of household shall
be verified.
C. Realize identity is the minimal eligibility factor an applicant (person and/or authorized representative making the application) must meet prior to receiving expedited service for SNAP.
