A. Temporary Absence of the POWER Eligible
Child
Find
the temporary absence criteria met
for the child when:
1. The caretaker
relative remains responsible for the care
and control of the child(ren);
and
2. The absence
is for no more than 90 days and verification has been provided the child(ren) is expected to return to the home within 90 days.
