A. Refer the mandatory job seeker to the work program action center using the appointment form (DFS 501) at each application or reapplication and when her/his work exemption status changes to mandatory.
B. Complete the appointment form for the work program action center contact, in person or by phone, within the following time frames:
1. Contact must be completed by Wednesday of the same week if application is made on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday; or
2. Contact must be completed by Wednesday of the following week if application is made on Thursday or Friday of the prior week.
C. Realize the CM will notify the DFS-FO immediately, but not later than the 15th by 5 p.m., or the first working day after the 14th when the 14th is a holiday or on the weekend, when the mandatory job seeker fails to comply with the Pay-After-Performance requirements.
D. Authorize the $1 nonpayment status for the appropriate performance period(s) when the job seeker fails to comply using the "XW" unearned income code on UNIN.
