POWER - ARW, Chapter 1, Section 5         

 

A.    Determine if each applicant has met the identity eligibility factor by requiring each individual to provide identification.

B.    Realize identity must be met only by the person, and authorized representative when applicable, making the application for Food Stamps; and

C.   Realize identity is the minimal eligibility factor an applicant  (person or authorized representative making the application) must meet prior to receiving expedited service for Food Stamps.

D.   Accept the client’s statement for PDA program and do not require verification.
