COLUMN  A      is the number of eligibles included in the family unit.

COLUMN  B      is the maximum payment when shelter is provided without cost to the family unit or when the family unit is receiving a housing subsidy.

COLUMN  C      is the payment standard for the family unit when shelter is provided without cost to the family unit or when the family unit is receiving a housing subsidy.

COLUMN  D      is the standard of need allowance for the family unit when shelter is provided without cost to the unit or when receiving a housing subsidy.

COLUMN  E      is 185% of Column D, used to determine if a family unit is eligible for assistance when shelter is provided without cost to the unit or when receiving a housing subsidy.

COLUMN  F      is the maximum grant when the family unit pays any portion of their own shelter costs, excluding those units who receive a housing subsidy.

COLUMN  G      is the payment standard when the family unit pays any portion of their own shelter costs, excluding those units who receive a housing subsidy.

COLUMN  H      is the standard of need allowance for the family unit when the unit pays any portion of their own shelter costs, excluding those units who receive a housing subsidy.

COLUMN  I       is 185% of Column H, used to determine if a family unit is eligible for assistance when the unit pays any portion of their own shelter costs, excluding those units who receive a housing subsidy.
